Dank der Unterstützung von Nub (Benutzer aus dem Forum) und Herrn Ayman konnte ich mein Auto wieder problemlos zum Laufen bringen. Nub hat hier im Forum geschrieben und mir geholfen, obwohl wir uns gar nicht kennen. Er hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen und mir Schritt für Schritt erklärt, wie ich das Fahrzeug laden und wieder in Betrieb nehmen kann. Auch ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Ayman, den Inhaber von aymans-automobile.ch in der Schweiz. Ich habe ihn online gefunden – er hat viel Erfahrung mit diesen Fahrzeugen, da er viele davon importiert hat. Er hat mir sogar eine Betriebsanleitung geschickt, weil ich meine nicht mehr hatte. When I plug in the charger, the dashboard light blinks red and green, and the charging indicator is also red. When I turn on the car and try to use anything (lights, horn, gear, etc.), the controller makes a ticking noise (“tik tik tik”), and after a while it makes a beeping sound. The car does not respond and none of the functions work. I tried to find a 12V starter battery to jump-start it, but I couldn’t find one under the seat, in the front, or in the back. I also considered jumping the controller, but I read that it can be dangerous because it is 72V / 400A. The car is from 2022, has only about 500 km, and the battery was always in good condition before this. Does anyone know what the problem could be or what I should do?
