Subject: TH!NK City ZEBRA battery frozen - Red wrench light on dashboard Hi everyone, I am looking for advice regarding my TH!NK City with a ZEBRA battery, located in the Netherlands. The car has been sitting idle, and the ZEBRA battery has completely cooled down ("frozen"). The 12V auxiliary battery went dead but is now fully charged and healthy. However, when I turn on the ignition, the red wrench (service/error) light on the dashboard turns on and stays on. The main contactors do not click, and the car refuses to initiate the battery heating process. Since I do not have a Peak PCAN-USB cable or the Zebramonitor/CHAS software myself, I cannot read or clear the fault codes yet. I suspect it might be a permanent isolation fault due to the freeze, but I want to verify this before giving up on the pack. Is there anyone in or near the Netherlands who happens to have the diagnostic tools (PCAN/Zebramonitor) to help me read the codes? Alternatively, any advice on how to proceed or options for a Lithium-ion conversion in this region would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your help.
